2. Name of the Institute they belong to

3. Year of Study

4. DD (Bank Name, DD Number, DD Date)

5. Mention the events willing to apply

 

* The participants not following the time line mentioned will be strictly disqualified from the events. In addition, its the sole responsibility for the team to take care of the DD in sending to the event hosting institute and the organizers will not be responsible, if the DD gets missed during the courier or by some other means of transport under dispatch.
